Sourcing

We consult our database of copywriters/translators/proofreaders in order to select the profiles that best suit your expectations and your needs.

2.

Brief preparation

Editorial Project Managers create a document detailing your editorial and SEO guidelines that the writers will have to comply to. The editorial brief can include whitelists (mandatory keywords) and blacklists (forbidden keywords).

3.

Brief validation

You review the editorial brief in order to verify that the information it contains is correct and that we haven’t forgotten anything. Once reviewed, the brief is validated.

Project launch

The editorial production is launched: the key elements of the brief are given to our contributors while respecting your anonymity so that they can start creating your content.

5.

Proofreading and quality check

Your content is reviewed by a freelance proofreader to guarantee its accuracy. Quality check is an additional option: one of our in-house proofreaders corrects your content a second time giving it a more thorough copyediting.

6.

Anti-plagiarism scan

Your content is scanned by our anti-plagiarism tool developed in-house to guarantee its exclusivity and the absence of duplicate content.

Delivery

Content delivery and integration are the last steps of our editorial process: the content is delivered to you in the form that best fits your technical protocols or we can upload it directly to your CMS.

Deadlines vary according to the project.
